The concessionaire, formed by China Harbour Engineering Company Limited (85%) and XI’AN Rail Transportation Group Company Limited (15%), is responsible for the investment, financing, design, construction, procurement, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Line 1 of the Bogotá Metro, in accordance with Concession Contract No. 163 of 2019.

As of February 2026, the project has reached 72.13% overall completion. More than 10 kilometers of viaduct have been completed, with substantial progress also achieved at the DEPOT, stations, and railway systems.
